Il Centro Studi Informatica Giuridica ITALIA è un'associazione indipendente e senza scopo di lucro che grazie alle Associazioni aderenti promuove il confronto, il dibattito e la condivisione delle esperienze fra i partecipanti, con l’obiettivo di individuare soluzioni in grado di migliorare la società e di dare impulso allo sviluppo del quadro normativo del nostro Paese. L’Associazione intende, in particolare, occuparsi del diritto applicato alle nuove tecnologie.
Obiettivi dell’Associazione
Il CSIG Italia vuole essere una sede di rappresentanza per le associazioni che si occupano di diritto applicato alle nuove tecnologie.
Attività
Il CSIG Italia intende agire su due fronti paralleli: da un lato dare il proprio contributo al processo legislativo in materia di Innovazione, sia italiano che comunitario, per favorire l’adozione di una normativa per lo sviluppo del settore pubblico e privato, anche in sede di recepimento delle Direttive Comunitarie.
Dall’altro lato, l’Associazione è impegnata per la realizzazione di studi e ricerche sui temi di maggiore interesse in ambito Innovazione, per l’organizzazione di convegni, seminari, tavole rotonde, incontri di studio che siano momento di discussione e di confronto da cui far nascere nuove idee.
Inoltre, il CSIG è un vero e proprio centro di studi, in cui vengono analizzate non solo le norme, ma anche lo scenario e le tendenze inerenti l’Information Technology.
